Disgusting Service from a Manage
On Monday the 4th of Nov 2013 I went to Newscafe and bought their cheesecake, when I went back to the office it was rotten. I went back and immediately when I approached their entrance the waiter there asked if the cake was that bad(like they sold it to me knowingly) I requested to speak to the manager immediately when she approached she asked"is it that bad" then apologized promised we will receive fresh carrot cake on Tuesday. The whole of tuesday we kept calling n she said we will get the cake, then said it would there @ 17:00 n we can come in the morning. We gave our contacts and in the morning(Wednesday) we went there n she sent a waitress to tell us she is busy and the carrot cake was not delivered n we should have chocolate cake. Now that's appauling cz she has the nerve to sit in her office and not come attend to something that was already escalated to her. She said we wouldn't receive a refund, (told the waitress still), unprofessional and disgusting service is what we have received not forgeting the rotten cake which I could have gotten food poisoning from especially cz it has peanuts. I have to wait 3 days for a slice of cake? Really
