After my second disappointment with mcdonalds I am submitting a complaint
my first complaint is from today (5 Nov 2013)
I ordered a big tasty (and so it says on my slip that i ordered that item apart from other items)
I received a mc feast deluxe
(i looked at all items ordered and a big tasty was not any item in my order)
my second complaint is from a week back (27 Oct 2013)
I stood in the drive through line waiting for to order
the vehicle in front of me jumped out of the drive through
i went to the order intercom
the lady on the intercom asks if she can take my order while another order was on the screen
i told her that was not my order (possibly from the previous vehicle that jumped out)
she clears it and asked to take my order
there after when i try to give her my order she starts having a conversation with someone in the
store and totally ignores my order
i wait a while and have no reply
i park and speak to the manager and she expects me to stand in a long line to purchase food instead of taking action to my complaint so i left with out ordering going back to my seminar
i await your reply
