IF I EVER WALK INTO A KFC AGAIN MAY SOMEONE SHOOT ME. I have never walked away happy after being in a KFC. I went in and ordered my food and they said it "declined, " however I received an sms to say it has been debited off my account. They supervisor was called, her name was Maria S and she out right refused to give us our food or our money. Then she tries again even after we told her that we now really didnt have that amount. So now I pay for 2 decline fees and my food for my family of 4 and dont get the food. I get told to go and get a bank statement and she will help me. No - what really happened is, Maria has now eaten my food and I have paid for it. I get accused of lying about it going off my account, even with me showing her my bank sms. The problem is ZERO customer service. Whats new? because I have never walked into a KFC and left with a smile on my face. The place is a joke and I am disgusted. What happened to customer is always right? They have no clue what the they are doing. They can barely speak English. Where do I go to get my money back? Please help
