Poor service delivery

I have been to both the Burger Kings in Capetown and Tygervalley Centre and have found that there service is very good, but I tried Cape Gate this evening (29th Oct 2013) as I live close by and the service was so BAD, the staff stood around chatting, they did not wear any gloves while making the burgers, I watched some of them eating and drinking while making the burgers for the customers. There was no control over the staff, they were so slow, the cue of people waiting for there food was so long. There was only one man packing the items and delivering the packages. The customers were complaining due to such slow service. It took them 25 minutes to give me 2 whopper burgers and 9 onion rings. And where I was standing I could see how the burgers were piling up and getting cold.. Mine was cold when I got it. Also the way they make the burgers are so unhygienic, no gloves, no washing of the hands, And once the packages were packed, they had no system when letting the customers know that there packages were ready. It was a total mess up. The manager was not watching his staff, they are just going to RUIN the good name of Burger King.
