My 2nd time and certainly the last time at Burger King Tygervalley.

The que was short and waited around 5minutes so it started out all good!

There were - 15 staff in the kitchen, some were just standing around talking and the rest looked confused and lost trying to figure out what they need to do or how to make these orders i guess. Leading from that, my order of 2 double whoppers, 2 cheese burgers and 2 large chips took just over 20min.

So, while waiting i got glimpses of how they prepared the burgers and it was disgusting. No-one, not a single one, had gloves on their hands. Now, i've been to burger king in Chicago and trust me if this was a Chicago branch, the doors would be closed a long time ago!

I saw someone just wiping his hands on his pants and carried on making burgers. At that point i wanted to walk out and leave the food but I waited nevertheless.

I guess getting a good manager could help solve this problem. I'm not even sure if there is a manager because no-one i could see looked fit for the role.

Anyways, this is my 2c and burger king, i will NOT place another order until i see some hygiene procedures implemented and perhaps better service.
