KFC employees should really change bad attitudes

When I walked in at KFC in Point Road, Durban on 06/July/2013 to buy my food in the early hours of the morning, I realized that I urgently needed to go to the toilet first. When I got to the toilet at KFC, the toilet door was looked and the was a security guard sitting outside the toilet. I asked him to go in, but he said I first need to produce a slip to prove that I have ordered something at the counter. Desperately in need of the toilet I went an ordered my meal after waiting a slow and agonizing queue. I went back to the security guard with my slip but he still didn't want to let me in. He told me stories that the toilets were being cleaned meanwhile there was nobody there. We exchanged harsh words but still wouldn't let me inside the toilet. I then called out the manager, and it was only when I made treats of raising a complaint at customer care on both of them that I was let in the toilet to relieve myself in a dirty toilet. It was even more irritating to find that there was nobody cleaning inside the toilets as they had said earlier. KFC employees should really change bad attitudes as I have also had numerous bad attitude from employees at a KFC in Durban, Davenport Centre.
