I won a sausage saloon voucher on Facebook so my husband and myself went on Thursday 24/10/2013 to use my R50.00 voucher so we wanted to order 2 jumbo Manhattan rolls and it added up to R51.00 i told the lady its fine i will pay in the R1.00 (that's how a voucher works you can buy something it its more than the voucher you pay in the difference... ) the lady then told me i cant do it like that i must take something for exactly R50.00 so i cant take 2 Manhattan rolls and that i definitely do not know how a voucher works!!! i then asked to see the manager she replied she is the manager... i thought by myself WHAAAT??? A manager like that no wonder the service was as bad as it is... we love sausage saloon but after this service i don't think i will ever visit it again and ill tell all my friend and family as well!!!
