I went to this place to buy lunch, when it was my turn to buy as i swiped my debit card on their speed point and the lady on the till kept telling me it was declined, i did this about four times and the last attempt was "successful"
i get to the office and realized that the std bank sms in contact has sent me 3 messages of the kfc transaction of R38.10. i then immediately went to the bank and drew a a statement and went back to kfc to alert them of the problem,
at this point i was referred to speak to Violet, i gave her the statement and my receipt, she also took my contact detail and work address as she assured me that she will make a few phone calls and then have my money back to me in an hour, on Monday 06, i went back to the shop as no one had bothered to contact me and the my money was still not paid in. i spoke to Violet again and she fed me the same story still having to phone around and she would come back to me, no one of that happened
today 07 Tue a sum of R38.10 has been returned to my acc, so now does this mean i have to go throught all the process again to get the remainder that is due to me. these people are full of it and are a reap off. i demand my money back
