Useless Customer service and terrible food

Experienced not so great service upon entering but stayed none the less as we were starving!! Ordered a Roasted Vegetable and Feta Trammezini, and a quiche - tram was delivered soggy, with FRIED (but still raw) onion, tomato and a piece or two of mushroom and feta. There were no grilled vegetables to be seen! Upon trying to talk nicely to the manager, he had such a bad attitude, was so rude and honestly, I have never had such bad service from a MANAGER!! Absolutely shocking!! Left there so cross and blady starving!! Also, the glass of water smelt really horrible, a bit like dirty water or chemicals...
