Blasé, indifferent staff!!!
On 9:1:2014, I visited the store to return an item. I was appalled at the attitude and behaviour of the staff at the tills. There were 3 members of staff manning the tills, 1 female and 2 males. They did not greet the customers or even acknowledge any of us. They continued to talk, giggle and laugh ...
