I'm doing Bodybuilding.
I'm an IFBB South African light middle weight champ and at the moment preparing for the IFBB World Champs in Morocco on the 3rd of November.
I'm very fussy when it comes to food but i need to have something different, tasty and nicely so i specifically asked for everything on my plate to be Grilled.
As far i know there's a huge difference between Fried Food and Grilled Food. As far as i'm concerned there shouldn't be any fat/oil used on the grilled food but however these put oil on my food. I was so but i didn't want to cause a scene and ruin my girlfriend's night out with.
So i did complain but the manager tried to justify it but He himself witnessed that there was oil used and this is unacceptable, its pathetic service. I actually felt like throwing up and vomiting everything i ate there.
There's a few restaurants that prepare grilled food well but Ocean Basket certainly isn't one of them so my advice is that please give your Chef staff more training on Healthy food and on how to prepare it cause i'm definitely not going anywhere near Ocean Basket.
