We ordered the mushroom ciabatta and a curry roll. When it arrived at the table I was not impressed with the presentation as it looked nothing like I am use to. Two slices of normal bread stacked on each other; some small pieces of veg and a rockhard;charred mushroom with soggy chips fried in dirty oil. The curry roll was miniscule with hardly any curry and a few banana pieces and soggy chips. Unappealing; unappetising and hardly worth R82! We sent the mushroom dishes back and ordered a waffle. Another dissapointment. It was as thick as a cake; with banana an nuts carelessly piled ontop and some dark soggy sauce drizzled all over with a tiny bowl of melting icecream, The manager did apologise and offer free cuppacinos but our lunch outing had already been spoilt. The store was very quiet so no excuse for being overworked; understaffed or working under stress. I hope they get their act together before the school holiday masses decend. I am from PMB.
