About a week ago I bought some Zinger wings from KFC. I had one and was surprised by the flavorless dry wings, especially since these were supposed ZINGER wings. I even asked one of my colleagues to taste one and he agreed. Then to our total disgust we found a 5 cm long feather on one of the wings. I work night shift so go back to the branch was not an option. The next morning I send KFC an email with images and have yet to receive a response. I will most likely only get the run down response every complaint have been getting. It really concerning that a established reputable franchise like KFC show such little interest in customer's feedback. Case number CAS-14905-F7Z7Z8
