I bought a new Veloster - unfortunately took delivery in dark and only noticed vehicle was damaged following day. It was immediately reported and initially received proper service in dealing with the complaint. Unfortunately after vehicle has been taken in on 3 separate occasions for repair in 6 weeks - still not resolved. Matter was reported to customer care line and still no response. I had to phone customer care line to enquire if they actually received my written complaint as they did not respond within 24 hours as promised on their website. It was confirmed by Michelle Kelly that they received my complaint. Guess what? It has been 4 days since my complaint to customer care line and still no response. It appears that once they have the money, they don't care. All I can say is AVOID!
