I went Saturday morning to order breakfast at Steers in Summerstrand
I ordered a bacon and egg bun and a bacon, egg and cheese bun
but instead the person behind the till did not listen and typed in bacon, cheese, egg & tomato bun
that is fine because i can take off the tomato at home
and i ordered a small chips
so when i got home the bacon and egg bun was fine but on the second one there was only bacon & tomato on. NO cheese and NO egg
i went to steers with my whole order and the person behind the till says the system shows a bacon & tomato bun which is the same price as a bacon, egg, cheese & tomato bun so why would i just order that!
when i finally got my order my chips was not there so i asked the one behind the till and she says there was no chips.. fuming! i just went home and then my dad went and the manager said i walked without my chips but i asked her and she said there was not any
none of the staff members said sorry but the manager told my dad he said sorry to us but all he said to the person making the food is put the egg on and he left so how did he know it was my chips
i am very disappointed as my whole family always supports them
