I have tried for the past week to get in contact with this Spur branch to book a kids birthday party. The published phone number does not work and they do not respond to emails. Out of desperation I phoned the Spur care line and was informed that I must contact the branch. After explaining that I am unable to reach the branch the call center agent tried as well and then informed me that the phone line was out of order. The agent supplied the cell numbers of both the branch owners but neither of these phones are answered. What must I do to get in contact with this branch to book a birthday party?
