Fantastic food, service. until phone was

My Mother and I went to Braza in Menlyn yesterday (23/10/2013), we sat on the outside deck and were served by Linda, she is an outstanding waitress and gave brilliant service. The food was equally superb. It would have been an incredible day there until we had paid our bill and prepared to leave when I discovered my cellphone was missing.

My mother and I were the only patrons in that section and were only served by Linda and John. Nobody else came near our table, When we notified the manager on duty he took us to a blonde lady seated inside, upon reporting the her first response was My staff don't. No apology or anything, she then made a futile attempt to search the waiters, and suggested we look in the bathrooms, despite me explaining several times that I did not go into the bathroom.

The phone was never recovered and the manageress become more and more uncooperative and rude the longer we searched and kept insisting that her staff don't. Which merely implied that we were either lying or delusional

the waitress Linda apologised that this had happened, yet the managers have to date still not apologised.

Needless to say I will not return to the franchise again
