Went to Mugg and Bean in Suncoast last week and ordered the Beef and Chicken Enchilada. Big Mistake!!!
Firstly, my order came with chips instead of the salad as stated on the menu. I had this corrected as it wasn't such a big deal.
Secondly, when my food arrived it was extremely cold. I didn't send it back for fear of what else may come with it. I asked for a hot plate instead.
Thirdly, there was so little filling in the enchilada - a few thin strips of beef and like about 5 or 6 small chicken pieces, a small sprinkling of cheddar cheese (less than a handful) that had gone hard because it was under the grill for too long and like 2 teaspoons of sour cream!!! It was mostly sour guacamole and tortilla dough! For almost R80, it was such a rip-off!!! I could have gone to any other restaurant and bought a decent meal for that price.
Fourthly, more than half of the beef strips were like leather and most of the chicken was under-cooked.
Mugg and Bean, you are most definitely not living up to your promise of giving the customer more and more.
This was by far the worst meal I have ever had!!!
