Idiculous service time

I was standing at the counter order given when lefa told us that fhe card machine is out of order and that they still have to report it. Went draw money and then we still had to wait 15min. He then told me the delay is because they are waiting for the egg. We didn't even order anything with egg on. Ridiculous
