Three of us visited this establishment about 2 months ago. We ordered our drinks and that was the last time the waiter came to our table. Our intention was to have a meal as well. Another (white) lady who sat opposite us was in the process of chewing her food and her waiter was laready asking her if she needed anything else.
I asked for the bill and filled out a "performance" card where I stated my dissatisfaction with the service we received. To my amazement, the staff (about 5 waiters) bunched up near the till to discuss my comments made. Totally pathetic. The Manager on duty (white male) did nothing.
About a week later I received a call from a lady who apologised and promised to get back to me... guess what... I am still waiting. I have never been treated so badly at an Ocean Basket that I FREQUENT, probably the venue, definitely the venue.
Unsure of the date but it was about 2 months ago.
