We went to cafe fino for a tea and slice of tart and croissant. They had a power failure, which is fine. So we couldn't order a tea, but we could order a cappuccino. So we did. We get our cappuccinos. We are finished with our coffee, but no tart or croissant. We've been there for almost 45 mins. Then ask manager for the bill. They only then bring a croissant and slice of tart.we had to leave, we would have like our ears with the coffee. The manager then stomps over and asks us what about the eats. We say it's too late we have to go. He then almost shouts and gets an attitude with us, saying that they have a power failure so things are taking longer. He asks and expects us to take it on take away. A tart that must be kept in fridge? Then gets snotty and sarcastic and says, so he must write it off. I'm am sick and tired of people offering service etc. and then because they can't plan and manage they make their problem mine. Absolutely shocking! Use to go their often, but won't ever again.
