Had the worst dinning experience at Casa on Friday night (29/11/2013). The service was pathetic as we were left unattended for a long time before we got a waiter. We waited for more than 30min to get drinks, and another 1hr to get our starters. We arrived at 7pm and at 9pm we only got 5 starters out to our table, which was a party of 20. Our guest were bored and hungry. When we complained to the waitress Robbie (who sat drinking with patrons at the table behind us) intervened. He started cursing our one guest of 63 years and his aggressive attitude made us feel threatened. We had fellow patrons in the restaurant tell us to take this matter further. I am disgusted at his mannerism and feel that he does not belong in the hospitality sector. Our night of celebration turned into a disaster thanks to Casa. You ruined a 10th wedding anniversary dinner and 20 patrons will never be using your restaurant again.
