After i recieved a call from Netacia Wednesday evening - 7:00 pm, i had to send through the till slip via e-mail, i briefly explained my complaint again. No reply yesterday on e-mail or a phone call, just a sms yesterday afternoon: "KFC Cutomer Care Case CAS-25760-X4M3J9 has been resolved, thank you for contacting KFC Customer Care". My question is now, how and when is this resolved? I still don't know the outcome of it, and it's now 14 days.
