My handbag was while I was sitting at the Fourways Mall Ocean basket - gone - and the manager Shane did not give a hoot - not even offer me a phone call - assistance - nothing!!
When I came back from the car park - as I wanted to see if my car was still there - as the took my car keys as well. Shane was having fun with his staff - not in the least concerned about me - when I spoke to him about it he said it was the waitress's responsibility. EEECH!
