KFC acknowledge a complaint I lodged and told me that an agent would be in contact with me. An agent contacted me for my telephone details, but I never received a call or any other follow up.
Three weeks later, Customer Service Agent Netacia Malgas sent me an email saying that my complaint had been resolved, despite having no contact from them. The email listed the 'resolution details' as a blank field, indicating that there was indeed no resolution.
I replied to KFC Customer Support, asking why I had no contact from them and my case had been closed, as well as the case resolution details. It has been over a week and I have not heard from KFC.
On two occasions they have not followed up / replied. Utterly disgusting service.
