My wife and I stopped in at Wimpy at 9 this morning for a quick breakfast and coffee before work. Our very friendly waitress informed us that there is no water in the building so my wife could not get a cappuccino - she then ordered a fruit juice. I wanted to order one of the burger specials but again she let me know that they could not provide the soda. I asked her what else she could get me then instead of the soda like a fruit juice or can of coke to replace the soda that was apparently not available. After speaking to the manager she told us that this is not possible - he did not even come and discuss this with us himself.

We got the bill without ordering any food as we do not feel we were getting what we were expecting and hoping for. When we were paying for our fruit juice with the manager we asked him why there isn't a sign saying there is no water - he told us there was water and confused us even further. He did not apologize or try to help in any way - he did nothing to manage the situation at all. All this was basically a huge waste of time - not what I expect from Wimpy. Just to note though our waitress was brilliant, friendly and very apologetic.
