I ordered pizza at 19:45pm on 18/12/2013. Pizza only arrived at 21:05. Pizza was cold no Garlic and Parmesan which was requested with the order. Delivery guy had no change so I have to pay him R10 more after I had already paid for delivery. Called the store and spoke to Kevin and he showed no sympathy first of all for late delivery after it was supposed to be 45 minute delivery. He could have sent the driver back to collect the pizza and give our money back but he never all he could say is I will give you a free medium pizza on your next order. What makes him think there is a next order? on the receipt is hot or not sms Clinton. I did this but still haven't received a response. I will never purchase from St Elmos Kuilsriver again and promise to tell everyone I know and meet in this area never to buy there.
