My family and I were having a meal in pannarottis in gateway. For some reason I was not happy with something. I request ed to see the manager. He was at our table within 2 minutes. I explained him my problem. He was professional and courteous. He solved my gripe in no time and with a smile and an apology.i was really impressed with this gentleman.
