Imagine - your pasta arrives, and there is NO PARMESAN CHEESE - according to the waitress.
When requesting that the waitress call the manager, this request was ignored. A second waiter was requested to call the manager - who was over the way at the spur, and not on duty at Panarotti's.
The manager, whilst very pleasant, admitted that there was NO Parmesan cheese, and also bragged that there was no Olive Oil - and this at a pizza / pasta restaurant,
I am not at all impressed at the glib and off handed manner that this issue was dealt with - and the meal was not up to the standard that I expect from the restaurant.
Further - it clearly states that children under 12 who order pizza / pasta do not pay for their meal - well, we were charged, and this then had to be rectified.
An altogether unsatisfactory state of affairs!
