Out of stock and staff having bad attitude

I went to our local KFC just to get some ice creams. First they don't have cones, then no spoons. You have to wait ages for staff to help you, because half is standing around doing nothing. Other customers place orders for coleslaw, and there is none. Staff swearing at each other, and there is children inside the KFC. When you ask for tomatosauce you get shouted at. And this is the second time during the last 3 weeks that they don't have tomatosauce, and I were also shouted at, when ask for tomatosauce. And I'm waiting 20minutes for 3 ice creams.
I feel its bad service, and how come there is no stock on a weekend when there is a festival in Darling and the show in town. And then staff swear in front of children, that's not acceptable.
