We telephonically placed an order at 12am and the food was only delivered to us at 14pm. The worse part is that our order was incomplete. when i called them to enquire the consultant I spoke to said she was transfering me to the manager, after holding on for 10 minutes the manager eventually answered the phone but didnt know the reason for my call. She said she was going to call me back after she finds out what happened, I waited for 30 minutes but she didnt call. I called them back and was transfered to a different person who I had to explain my story again. The manager only decided to deliver another order after been on the line with him for another 30 minutes of screaming and shouting to get my point across. He promised to deliver anther order 'the so-called THE CORRECT ORDER'. The correct order was then delivered at 15pm and most of the meat was burnt. The incorrect order was collected from us. This was a really disappointing moment of the day! ORDERING A MEAL AND ONLY ATE IT AFTER 3 HRS PLACING THE ORDER:. you are really late chickens.
