About 2 weeks ago, i ordered from nandos, and they delivered my meal, with it they were supposed to deliver a liquifruit berry blaze flavour, instead they delivered a different flavour, when i then called them again and they said that they will send the delivery guy to fetch the incorrect order and bring the correct order, and no one came and they didn't even call me, now today i place an order with them again and i asked them about the previous order that they never rectified, they told me that when i collect my order they will include my previous order, when i get there the manager (Faeez) said i was too late that, they only rectify orders the same day they are placed, i asked him how can it be my fault when i had called and was promised that someone will be sent out to bring the correct order, and to make it worse i had to drive all the way there, and i still returned without it, and when i decided to cancel my current order he was fast to do so, now is this the kind of services that Nandos gives, they don't value their customer to an extent that they are happy to cancel orders instead of rectifying their mistakes? what kind of manager doesn't try to retain a customer?
