POOR SERVICE

We placed an order telephonically at 20h55 with the Benmore branch. We had not received it at 21h45 as promised. We then called the branch and was notified that the order was on its way and should be delivered in 10 minutes. Contacted the manager at 10pm who promised to get back to us regarding the order. At 22h15, we contacted the manager who had failed to get back to us and enquired as to what had happened. We were then told that the order cannot be traced with the staff or driver??!!! This is pathetic and unacceptable from what is supposed to be a leading brand in "fast" food...
