I decided to try out Andiccio 24 for the first time today. My Wife placed an order for delivery at their Morningside branch. They delivered about 30 minutes later, but, they had somehow forgotten to add the spicy chicken topping that I ordered. My Wife called back to complain, and Bongani promised us that they would deliver the correct Pizza shortly, and that we should return the incorrect Pizza to them.
It has now been 45 minutes, and we have still not received the Pizza. We called back, and find that there is a new guy who just started his shift (who apologized profusely), but he knew nothing about our Pizza order. I am now hungry, and I am sitting with a Pizza that I paid for, which I cannot eat, still awaiting the correct order.
Anyway, this is the first and last time that I order from Andiccio 24. I will stick to Pizza Perfect who deliver quicker and never get my order wrong.
