I had ordered two pizzas. I was advised that there would be a delay of 30 minutes to which I accedeed. Thirty minutes later I called and was advised that there was a further delay and that I would receive a 10% discount. There was another 40 minute delay. The delivery man told me that he was late as he had too many deliveries to make and he refused to believe that there was a discount and I had to wait whilst he called to confirm and eventually when I entered the house with the pizzas these were cold. I complained to Debonairs and the outlet called with an apology and a promise to replace the order at 6pm that Monday over a month ago! To date this has not materialised. I sent an e-mail yesterday explaining that this adds insult to injury and I am totally disregarded So much for debonairs and customer care.
