Absolute Nonsense

I ordered 2 salads, the teller told me that it will be delivered in15 minutes. the order came after 40 minutes without forks, serviettes and salad dressing. i called the manager and he was rude to me, saying that cutlery was not given with salads and gave such a rude apology. the service was terrible and the lettuce in the salad was not fresh.
