Very simple. In my line of work I travel a lot and I got an opportunity to travel to Polokwane from Pretoria. I went to KFC Polokwane 3 cnr Rissik & Church and bought myself a box master fully loaded for R57.90. Because I was in a hurry and didn't expect to be cheated by KFC, I didn't check my meal till later and when I did - voila, surprise surprise! A very completely wrong order, it was a fold over, chips & a drink. if I wanted this meal I would have placed the order for it and obviously what I was given costs way less than what I paid for. Do the tellers get commission / incentives for giving customers wrong orders so they can pocket the difference? I am.
