On my way to work on the 07/09, i went to KFC to buy food.
I placed an order for Boxmaster not hot/chillie, with cream soda cold drink - i paid with R100 and my order number was 2561
I waited for my food, until i see people who came after me getting their orders, then i went to enquire.
To my surprise, the lady at till told me she already gave out that order.
I had to explain myself over and over again, that i'm the one who placed that order - they gave my order to the wrong person.
Without an apology or explanation, had to wait for them to prepare my meal again.
On my break time at work around 19h00 - when i had my first bite, the to my surprise again, the Boxmaster was the hot/chillie one.
It gave me heart burn and runny tummy - i don't eat chillie stuff because i have ulcer and that's why i didn't order the hot/chillie one.
I already spend R48 for Boxmaster and had to go out again to buy a burger at Mcdonalds for R35
This inconvenienced me and cost me time, money and petrol, disappointed with the level of service level i received at KFC - ill never buy from KFC ever again..
