I lodged a complaint on 18 Sep 2013 against this franchise. It was a very serious complaint. The response I got was " Please be advised that this matter will be fully investigated and assessed, thereafter we will revert back to you". Today the 29th Sep 2013 there is still no response which shows that Management don't care. This is ridiculous. Maybe if we were to get a health inspector involved then we would get a response.
