My husband and I ordered from Scooters Pizza on Tuesday evening and were quickly reminded why we stopped going there in the first place.
When we entered the store we were barely greeted, our order was taken by Snelethu (name may be wrong as it was hand written and hard to read). She rolled her eyes and seemed to feel as though she was doing us a favour by taking our order. We were not given a slip or told when we could expect our order to be ready.
When our pizza was ready, we watched as it was cut, boxed and then left to get cold for at least 10 minutes. During this time the pizza was walked past at least 6 times and 3 customers who placed their orders after us got their pizzas as they came out the oven.
When I finally went to ask for the pizza, Snelethu sneered and didn't even bother to apologize. Instead another server, Zandi, went to fetch our order. The pizza was as cold as the service.
Please note that I made a complaint on Tuesday night on Scooters Facebook page. I heard nothing. I then made a second complaint on the Scooters contact us page yesterday. Still nothing. Clearly no one at Scooters values the customer. VERY disappointing.
