I pre ordered chicken. I stood in the queue to pay and collect my food, when a gentleman pushed in front of me. At the same time another till opened up, but the cashier was unable to assist me as pre ordered bookings are not handled by her, so I had to rejoin the queue.

I addressed the matter with regarding another person who jumped the queue and was told by the manager that he was in front of me. Apparently he ordered food already it still had to pay. Another man with the same scenario also joined the queue from the other side at which pint I insisted on being served first.

I find the way customers are treated appalling. This is not the first time that I have received bad service from this particular store, and will most definitely not support Nandos in Kimberley again.
