I called in @ 18:55 to place an order firstly the lady who took my order was sooo rude, iv received before from this branch before but this one was just the worst, when she could not hear me properly over the phone she got rude and told me how I need to raise my voice and any misunderstanding we would have she would just shout at me, I feel the staff @ that branch need some serious training as their service is really appaling, to add to my mysery @ 20:00 I still hadn't received my order and when I called in to ask about it another lady answered and was also rude, when asked why my order hasn't been deliverd she told me the delivery guy only took the box and not the slip, HOW STUPID??? -20mins later my order still hadn't been delivered and when I call in to find out again the lady tells me they will call and tell me how far my order is??? 0_o, its 20:30 and still no pizza nor delivery I'm appaled at black peoples service ncxa, I'm soo disgusted at their rudeness and their service
