I placed an order with Debonires Pizza Lenasia South, Johannesburg at 19h15 and the pizza was only delivered at 21h30.
The driver insisted the dot is red. But the dot was black. As debonaires pizza motto is if the dot is red the pizza is free. The driver was so rude i could swear he was under the influence. He was rather rude and left. We called debonaires and the manager Yanda informed us that they can give us a discount on our next order.after waiting so long for pizza and my children starving. I would like to say that the staff answering the phone could inform the customers that the delivery would take a while if they busy. I ask again what happens to customer service.
Or at least give the customer a call to say the pizza is on his way or they in out dated with deliveries.
