Poor food quality, no reply to complaint

We ate at the restaurant on the 13th September. We ordered the Tuna Teriyaki and the Salmon Teriyaki - one of our favourites when we attend Quay 4 -Upstairs.

After enjoying the chilli baby octopus, sushi and aperitifs we order mains with wine. Both fish items were over cooked and dry. We mentioned this to our waitress who said 'Scotty' would come to speak to us. We paid for our meal as Scotty wasn't around and left. Spending cR850 on a meal for 2, one expects a level of service, atmosphere and food. The quality of the meal destroyed the evening for us!

I sent an e-mail complaint on the 13th September, however - no response has yet been received.
