Poor service and food

I took a my team of 13 people to John Dory's for lunch on the 12/06/2013. I advised the manager and the waitress that we had to get out of the restaurant by 2.30PM. We arrived at JD at 12.15pm. We only receive our meals at 2.15pm, after complaining numerous times during that 2 hour period. When we eventually received the food the quality was shocking. They were out of stock of veggies. We had spinach on our plates that was not cooked properly in a thick starchy sauce (disgusting). Some of the meals was not cooked properly. Uncooked chicken... Kingklip over cooked like rubber. Surely when one pay R1800 for meals to expect a decent meal and acceptable service. In this situation both was lacking.
