I decided to go to the Quay Four tavern for a decent lunch with my family and recieved the worst service and food out of any restaurant I have ever attended. Our food arrived an hour and a half after placing the order and it was cold. Upon complaining we did not receive an apology of any sort. I am disappointed to say the least. I expect better from supposedly "good" tavern.
