I would like to publicly acknowledge the fantastic dining experience I had at Simply Asia, Lakeside on Mon 23rd Sept @ approx. 15h00.
I don't know the name of the lady who was serving us. She was medium in height, brunette, caucasian.
She was uber-friendly, very accomodating, efficient & quick. I wish that all people working in this industry were like her. In fact, if they were I would eat out more often just for this reason.
My business associate & I walked into Simply Asia, chose our meals and paid. She was very friendly and informed us of what dishes were suitable for what we were in the mood for, at the time. Very helpful and friendly =).
I then went to collect my laptop from the car thinking that I would have some time to kill whilst waiting for the food to be prepared. I literally came back and the food was already on the table... What a Pleasure! =)
Additionally, the Head Waitress was very helpful & accommodating in helping us relocate from our table to another which was in closer proximity to a plug point for the laptop. Kudos for that.
This highly positive customer experience has made me want to go back... SOON!
