Good Day
Last night I stopped at your Brakenhurst MacDonald's at about 10pm after work and ordered a Grand Chicken Spicy Hot burger and the new Chicken McBites. I was horrified to find that I paid R16 for 10 LITTLE pieces of chicken the size of a 5c coin that that wouldn't even have fed a toddler.
When I got home I opened my chicken burger to find that the chicken breast was so small and thin that it didn't even cover 1/2 the bun. At 1st I thought they forgot to put the breast on the burger. What a rip-off.
I then complained to my wife who told me that on the Saturday she had also had issue with her order. She order a cheese burger plain with ketchup (no Mustard dills or onion) this was repeatered to her by the casher and when she got her food only to find that when she got home it had everything on but the ketchup.
Please can this be sorted out ASAP.
