We visited the Centurion Store on Monday 23rd September at approx. 2.15pm. We placed two order amounting to R187 and R202. We waited approximately 25 min and no one was helping us, the staff were more busy with the drive through. After complaining we were told we had to wait longer as they had to still fry the nuggets. this is not the first time we have come to this branch and experienced a problem. either they run out of stock, like the time they advertise the new product pops and they had no stock. or the order is wrong when you get home. no sauces, wrong burgers. this is becoming ridiculous. we placed official complaint with head office with Janine Hoosein. Dineo from the branch is now replacing one order only. this is totally unfair.
