My experience with Waterfront Spur definitely wont send me back there ever again. My Family and I arrived at the door and my baby was very excited to go and play, (She always enjoys the play area). However we waited there without anyone assistance or someone to greet us at the door. Eventually someone came to us to ask if we were helped and directed us to our table.(taking into consideration the people behind us left cause they waited to long). After sitting someone came to get our drinks order and was not very professional in asking us what we would like. Not only was it unpleasant our whole meal was very unpleasant due to the atmosphere and service we received. This was surely our worst ever at Spur as we always receive excellent service at N1 City. Waterfront Spur will never see me again.
